This Clarification Text and Privacy Policy has been prepared by Kocaman Pet İnşaat Limited Şirketi ("Kocaman Pet") for the purpose of providing services for the publication, sale, and marketing of all kinds of intellectual and artistic works produced in any medium in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698.

Your collected personal data; in accordance with the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, as detailed in Article 3, will be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions, and private individuals for the purposes of determining our company's commercial and business strategies, carrying out the necessary work to enable the commercial activities conducted by our company, managing related business processes, ensuring the legal, commercial, and technical security of the relevant individuals and personal data, and enabling the relevant individuals to obtain the highest benefit from the services provided by our company, within the framework of the personal data transfer conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, whether within the country or abroad,
To request the correction of personal data in case it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and to request that the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred be informed of the correction,
To request the deletion or destruction of personal data, even if it has been processed in accordance with the KVKK and other relevant legal provisions, when the reasons for processing no longer exist, and to request that the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred be informed of the deletion or destruction,
To object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
Has the right to request compensation for damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

7. Protection of Personal Data

8. Other Provisions
